Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of Construction schedule.

• Controlling cost of Project.

• Preparation of Monthly/ Weekly Schedules and cash flow statement.

• Collecting DPR from site compiling and sending to RO/ HO.

• Understands the site requirement for Machinery, Manpower and Materials and pre planning for procurement.

• Documentation of the records and plans of the project.

• Calculating Price escalation as per agreement condition.

• Co-ordination with the suppliers & dealers for the materials.

• Checking that all the government policies and rules being followed.

• Estimating quantity & rate analysis of the working items.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech.

Experience Range: 3 to 15 years

Interested to work PAN India level

Should have experience in Irrigation Projects.
