Job Description
Hiring UI/UX Designer at CYS - A Global SAAS Company
Location: Pune, India | Employment Type: Full-Time | Experience: 1-2 Years

CYS is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our global SAAS team. We take pride in building smart, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex workflows and drive real value. If you're driven by design that makes a difference, wed love to hear from you.
Skills and Experience:
- 12 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design (internships or project work welcome) in IT Product companies.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD and Photoshop (Figma knowledge is a plus)
- Strong visual design sense with a solid grasp of layout, colour, typography, and spacing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with developers to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their goals and requirements.
- Design user-friendly layouts focused on excellent user experience.
- Ensure designs work well across different devices and screen sizes.
- Use data and feedback to improve user satisfaction.
- Continuously update and enhance the UI, workflows, and overall user experience of our CYS product using the latest UX/UI best practices.
Team Dynamics
- Engage collaboratively with a diverse, multinational team spanning 23 countries.
- Operate within a culture that values autonomy, accountability, and personal initiative.
- Liaise regularly with colleagues, second-line support, as well as senior leadership including the CEO and Managing Director.
