Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via chat and email
• Resolve logistics-related queries efficiently
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: HSC with minimun 6months of experience / Graduate Fresher or Experience

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, adaptability to UK shift timings

Salary: Based on last drawn salary
