Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a IT Recruiter for IT Contract Staffing Demands
- Hands on in using all job portals, social medias for sourcing CV in optimum time
- Achieve Weekly & Monthly Hiring targets
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Candidates Profile:
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment & Contract Staffing
- Ready to work from home full or part-time
- Experience IT Contract Hiring
- Excellent mapping job-seekers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, including software development, data analysis, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
