Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and feedback
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and solutions
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve designs
• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns
