Role & responsibilities :

  • Manage the entire import activity ordering, selecting the freight forwarder, filing Bill of Entry, Clearance activity including meeting all statutory requirements for imports
  • Manage helpdesk team and ensure all customer complaints are logged in the CRM in time. The team has to analyse deployment of service calls and save cost wherever applicable by using right ASP or involving our service team members for online technical support.
  • Manage service provider coordination team to make sure proper coordination is done with asp team members on daily basis and drive their team to close service calls and coordinate spares request with asp / our team and close gaps.
  • Manage contract billings and installed product updating. Make sure all monthly billings are executed with close coordination with service team and approvals from respective Service Manager.
  • Make sure proper monthly system database Updates for new scanners sold in market along with end customer is done . Issue extended wty certificates wherever required after billing cycle. Collect end customer data from partners on monthly basis and have the same accurately updated in the CRM

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Bachelor s degree required.
  • 5+ years experience as sales support specialist or sales support associate.
  • An entrepreneur: you act and make decisions like an owner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and to meet deadlines in stressful situations.
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude
  • Ability to think big and influence across all levels of an organization.
