Customer Relationship Executive @ SCOOEV

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and coordinate communication with delivery riders and clients, ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding, handle escalations, and maintain daily records. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English and proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for rider inquiries, complaints, and service issues
  
• Coordinate onboarding, KYC collection, and contract management for new riders
  
• Maintain daily operational records in Excel (e.g., vehicle allocation, payments, penalties)
  
• Follow up on dues, asset recovery, and vehicle status updates
  
• Escalate issues to relevant departments as per process
  
• Conduct regular check-ins with riders to ensure vehicle uptime and satisfaction
  
• Translate or communicate effectively with ground staff and riders in Kannada/Hindi/English
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong command over Kannada, Hindi, and English (verbal & written)
  
• Excel proficiency (data entry, filtering, basic formulas, formatting)
  
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail

Working Days: 6 Days (MondaySaturday)

Timings: 9:45 AM 6:00 PM
