Position Senior Solution Architect
Job description:
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud system for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the software and provide expert guidance to ensure successful solution deployment. Your deep understanding of all processes and modules will be instrumental in driving efficient and effective solutions.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- ERP Strategy & Architecture
- Overall have minimum of 10+ Years of techno functional experience in Oracle ERP EBS, experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud would be an added advantage.
- At least 4-6 full life cycle implementations, preferably in Banking and Financial Services domain
- Define and maintain the technical & functional architecture for ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT standards.
- Develop and document high-level ERP Solution Architecture. Should be able to comprehend business and technical requirements and come up with adequate solution mapping.
- Lead system Demo to customer and providing compelling pitch to customer.
- Having very good experience in understanding requirements in RFPs, map it with correct solution and suggest and come up with estimates.
- Expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and APIs
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the key liaison between business development team and delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise to team and Customers.
- Project Leadership & Governance
- Lead or participate in ERP project planning, execution, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data management standards.
- Having experience in conceptualizing and configuring solution design, articulating integration designs and conducting Conference Room Pilots
- Should have conducted client Workshops/ Discovery sessions/ fit-gap analysis, Solution Designing and extensive experience on configuration of the modules and excellent client facing skills
- Expert in preparing and imparting user trainings.
Other Competencies / Skills:
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal, mandatory.
- Engaged high with customer interactions, negotiation skills and good stakeholder management skills
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
- Any experience with integrating with a Core Banking System would be an advantage
