Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to manage our sales operations in the Dwarka region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Dwarka region for books and AI robotics labs
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools, including principals, teachers, and procurement managers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers on books and AI robotics labs
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trendsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the education industry, preferably in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience working with schools in the Dwarka region
- Knowledge of the education industry and market trends, particularly in AI and robotics
