Responsibilities:
Developing the Air Freight Product for Shipping Clients
Budget preparations, sales plan, and execution of management sales strategies.
Achieve sales goals through hands on market planning, personal sales execution, and development of business relationships with key customers, new business, and retention
Cooperate with the various operations departments to provide follow-up services as needed by the customers.
Generate new business by identifying potential clients and creating sales strategies.
Manage existing accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Research and identify new market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients to close sales.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Plan new/existing contacts for customer retention, penetration and proactively meet customers requirements with a problem resolution approach.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of air freight operations, including international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
In sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
