Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the hotel's property management system (PMS).
Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and securely.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
