We are currently seeking applications for the role of Process Developer, Retirement Services (Compliance Testing). This position requires a willingness to work in flexible shifts throughout the year. As a member of the team, you must exhibit proactive, positive, patient, and effective communication while seeking clarifications and approach problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities: - Handle High Complex Testing, research, and reporting as per alignment. - Monitor Compliance Plan Queue, ensuring all activities are completed within TAT. - Conduct additional quality checks to ensure end-to-end Plan Testing is done with 100% quality initially. - Collaborate with other Operations groups to ensure follow-up testing activities are completed within deadlines. - Coordinate with internal departments on application or hardware issues related to daily functions. - Support in meeting Service Level Agreements for TAT, utilization, productivity, and quality. - Maintain and analyze process queue status and reports as assigned. - Participate in and share information with all associates through regular team meetings as per assigned responsibility. - Resolve queries for new hires in the group as assigned. - Develop a strong understanding of Compliance processes and core recordkeeping systems, including how they operate and interconnect. - Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for cost, quality, and process enhancements. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Relevant experience in the US Retirement Compliance Domain. - Hands-on experience with research in Relius suite of products. - Strong understanding of financial services industry concepts and terminology, particularly in Retirement (DC). - Previous Compliance Testing knowledge and transition experience. - Proficiency in Queue management. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). - Can-do attitude, ability to work in a team environment, and adapt to change. - Willingness to work in shifts. Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
