Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant/Associate Professor of HR & Marketing located in Khorda. As an individual in this position, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, developing and implementing curriculum, conducting research, mentoring students, and engaging in departmental activities. Your role will also involve working on academic publications, participating in conferences, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the academic programs. To qualify for this role, you must have a PhD in Human Resource Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with an MBA in HR or marketing. Strong teaching, mentoring, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage in departmental and university activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with a proven track record of academic publications and research. Your commitment to student development and academic excellence will be crucial in this role. Experience in the educational sector is considered a plus. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance. The work location is in person.,
