Currently, we are looking for a Big Data Analytics Engineer specializing in Hadoop and Hive within the Banking Domain. In this role, you will collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of architectural deliverables for custom projects and products. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with leads, testers, customers, project/product managers, and designers. As a Big Data Analytics Engineer at MNJ SOFTWARE, you must possess 3-6 years of experience in Big Data Technologies, specifically Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and SQL. Proficiency in coding or programming, familiarity with analytics environments, and a background in the Banking Domain are essential. Exposure to various Big Data tools and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and VBA is desirable. Additionally, strong business communication skills, fluency in English, and advanced analytical capabilities are required to create valuable insights from data. Your role will entail utilizing Big Data technologies to analyze and solve business problems effectively. You should demonstrate the ability to synthesize information, prioritize tasks, and drive results with a sense of urgency. Accountability, decisiveness, and a strong work ethic are crucial in our team-oriented environment. Moreover, your analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities will be essential, and independent thinking is highly valued.
