As a Big Data Analytics Engineer specializing in Hadoop and Hive within the Banking Domain at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing architectural deliverables for custom projects and products. This role requires close collaboration with leads, testers, customers, project/product managers, and designers. **Job Title**: Big Data Analytics Engineer - Hadoop / Hive - Banking Domain **Experience**: 3-6 years **Job Type**: Permanent / Contract (Depends on Project Needs or C2H) **Position Type**: Full-time (Monday - Friday) with flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during business hours (6 am - 10 pm IST) or (6 pm - 6 am IST). Occasional unpaid overtime may be required based on business needs. **Qualification**: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) or equivalent **Technical/Functional Skills**: - 4 to 10 years of experience in Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.) and SQL - Proficiency in Coding/Programming - Familiarity with analytics environment and Banking Domain - Exposure to different Big Data tools or Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, VBA, etc. - Strong business communication skills in English (email and conference calls) - Advanced analytical skills to derive insights from data **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Utilize Big Data technologies to analyze and solve business problems - Synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a sense of urgency - Demonstrate accountability, decisiveness, and strong work ethic - Collaborate with analysts in achieving common goals and understanding business dynamics **Personal Attributes**: - Analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities - Independent thinker **Process**: - Aptitude tests, Technical tests, Interviews, Medical Health Checkup **Reimbursement**: Best in Industry **Certification**: Optional **Location**: Remote (Work From Home) **Competencies**: - Professionalism - Teamwork - Planning and Organizing **Assessment**: Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise followed by a competency-based interview. **Languages**: Fluency in oral and written English is required for this position. **Note**: MNJ SOFTWARE does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process.
