Job Description

The Associate is responsible for assisting the process of taking a company public. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of capital markets, regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEBI, SEC), and financial reporting.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 Years of IPOs handled directly or in a associate role.
Assist and coordinate all aspects of the IPO process from strategy to execution.
