Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To fulfil the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the hospital to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

To take all necessary steps to fulfil the objectives of the organisation.
Study the patient response analysis IPD and evaluate scope of improvement for service provision.
To assist the MD/MS in conduction of regular ward rounds of patient management areas to ensure provision of quality Patient Care, Standard of Housekeeping, quality of Dietary Services and other aspects of administrative & operational activities.
To respond & take prompt actions to customer complaints for speedy and satisfactory resolutions.
To answer all queries of hospital clientele in the absence of Medical Superintendent/DMS Medical
Superintendent.
To assist the MS/DMS for all administrative/operational jobs related to patient care, NABH standards, teaching, training, hospital promotion
