Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the team.
  
• Oversee HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.
  
• Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to attract top candidates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Operations, and Human Resource Management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
