Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Medical Billing Analyst in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.Roles and Responsibility

Analyze medical billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance services.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in medical billing.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of medical billing principles and processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Familiarity with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
