We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Medical Billing Analyst in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.Roles and Responsibility

Analyze medical billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.

Conduct thorough reviews of billing documents to ensure compliance with regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry developments and changes in medical billing regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of medical billing principles and practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
