Job Title: Customer Support Executive Domestic Chat (Blended)

Location: Work From Home

Contractual opportunity for 3 months

Role Overview:

Provide customer support via chat and minimal voice interactions. Ensure resolution of queries with professionalism and accuracy.


Requirements:

Min. 6 months BPO (CSE) experience

Graduate (mandatory)

Good English communication skills

Comfortable with 6-day rotational shifts & week-offs


Salary:

CTC: 20,000

In-hand: Approx 16,000


System Requirements:

Core i5 (7th Gen+) | 8GB RAM

Webcam & USB headset

Internet: 30 Mbps+

UPS required
