Design and implement the annual L&D strategy and training calendar aligned with business goals.Conduct functional training needs analysis (TNA) and Individual Development Plan (IDP) assessments post-appraisal

Required Candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.2 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination.
