Job Description

Head RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Responsible for managing the complete RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) lifecycle
from customer return requests to coordination with OEMs and closure. The ideal candidate will
ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and efficient handling of IT hardware returns
and replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end RMA operations
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for replacements
• Maintain documentation and update ERP systems
• Monitor SLA and TAT compliance
• Supervise and guide the RMA support team

Graduate: B.Com preferred

Experience:

Minimum 6 years in RMA or returns management (preferably in IT/hardware)

Skills:

Knowledge of RMA and warranty handling
ERP and documentation experience
Strong communication and follow-up
Team coordination and process execution
