Role Overview:
We are hiring Project Manager II professionals with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will have 1215 years of total experience, including 78 years of pure project management experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementationsnot as a hybrid tech-PM but in a dedicated project management capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) projects across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
- Plan, execute, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business analysts.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies or Waterfall processes based on project needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, change requests, and governance.
- Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior leadership.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and successful delivery of all project milestones.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1215 years of overall IT experience, with at least 78 years as a dedicated Project Manager in Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage enterprise-level Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and customizations.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools: Azure DevOps, MS Project, JIRA, etc.
- Excellent leadership, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Project Operations)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Exposure to Power Platform, Azure, or integrated enterprise applications
- Experience working in onsite-offshore models
