Job Description

The Lead/Senior Mendix Consultant/Developer position is available in Bangalore & Hyderabad. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams using agile principles like SCRUM. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business partners throughout the application development lifecycle to prototype, create, iterate, and deploy apps. You will also assist business developers in creating and maintaining apps with quality and consistency by leveraging your existing programming experience to share best practices. Additionally, you will design scalable application architectures to support new business models and products and build apps using low-code development tools. Extending low-code development tools and applications by coding reusable front-end components and back-end integration modules is also a part of this role. Preferred Technical Qualifications for this position include a minimum of 6 years of experience in Java/J2EE with relational database structure and design, as well as a minimum of 5 years in Mendix Application Development. Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, agile methodologies, and React is a plus. SCRUM certification and familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins and Visual Studio Team Services are also preferred. Experience with Docker is desirable as well. Basic Qualifications for this role include a Bachelors/Master of computer application degree. You should have a passion for problem-solving, attention to detail while focusing on business goals, effective communication skills, and the ability to help others learn and enhance their development skills in a software-driven world. The ability to work and excel in a fast-paced collaborative environment, quickly learn and master diverse web technologies and techniques, and adapt to new technologies are essential qualities for this position.,
