As an SSE-Premium-Peoplesoft FSCM Functional, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of PeopleSoft FSCM applications, including analysis, development, implementation, testing, and post-implementation support. You should have a strong understanding and practical experience with People Tools (8.5X), such as Application Designer, PeopleSoft Query, People Code, Component Interface, and File layout, along with reporting tools. Proficiency in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.x modules like AP, PO, GL, TE, and AM is essential. You will work on Application Engine, Integration tools like Integration Broker and Component Interface, and develop reports using SQR, PS Query, and Crystal reports. Your role will involve troubleshooting application engine process failures, SQR failures in the scheduler, errors in people code, and providing permanent resolutions. Experience with PIA (Pure Internet Architecture) and creating User Profiles, Roles, and Permission lists will be beneficial. Proficiency in SQL queries, PS Queries, and standard development methodologies is required. Effective communication, analytical skills, quick learning capabilities, and a customer-oriented approach are essential qualities for this role. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of functional experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 8.x or 9.x Applications, covering modules like GL, AP, PO, AM, TE, and AR. End-to-end implementation experience in these modules is preferred, along with knowledge of the Cash management module. You should be familiar with finance functional processes, SQL queries, PS Queries, and development methodologies. Gathering and documenting business requirements, performing fit/gap analysis, writing specifications, quality assurance, and issue resolution are key responsibilities. In addition to technical skills in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, AWE, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, Crystal reports, Java, and HTML, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required. Effective communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
