Job Description

As a Structural Engineer at our company in Nashik, India, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and supervising construction projects across various sectors such as residential, industrial, and institutional. Your expertise in civil engineering principles will be vital as you contribute to the advancement of innovative and sustainable building practices. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards. Collaborating with architects, construction managers, and other engineers is essential to ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion. Conducting site inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with design specifications and safety standards will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate engineering documentation, including design calculations, plans, and reports. Evaluating existing structures and recommending modifications or reinforcements to uphold safety and functionality will also be within your scope of work. Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, and Matlab is required for this role. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in structural engineering within residential, industrial, or institutional sectors and hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.). A Master's degree in Structural Engineering and expertise in advanced structural software are preferred qualifications.
