QA Analyst @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

As a QA Tester, you will collaborate with the product team to comprehend requirements and accurately document product specifications. Your responsibilities will include executing and enhancing QA processes using test automation tools and manual testing methodologies. You will actively support the Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle by developing, documenting, and implementing test plans. Additionally, you will be tasked with troubleshooting software system errors, addressing file processing issues, and conducting user experience testing and cross-browser compatibility testing. Your role will involve the development and implementation of testing processes for both new and existing products. You will be expected to perform regression testing upon bug resolution and application releases, as well as identify, record, document, and track software bugs. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with prior experience in a QA Tester or similar role. Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors, as well as a good understanding of SQL and browser developer tools for reviewing network calls and API performance, are required. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working in a small, agile team environment, have a strong desire to learn and enhance their skills, and thrive on project diversity.
