Spanish Customer Service Representative @ Living Space Studio

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Nanex Solutions, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support during night shifts. You will handle customer inquiries and issues in Spanish through phone, email, and chat, assisting them with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. Your professionalism and empathy in all interactions will be crucial, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions. Collaboration with team members to achieve both individual and team goals is essential. The ideal candidate for this role must be fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) and possess excellent communication skills in English. Prior customer service experience or aptitude is preferred. You should be willing to work night shifts as per operational requirements, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provided. The schedule consists of evening, fixed, Monday to Friday, and night shifts, with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. Fluency in Spanish is required for this in-person role at Thane West.,
