We are currently seeking applications for the position of Business Analyst-Sourcing Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing electrical commodities throughout the sourcing and procurement value chain. Your responsibilities will include driving cost efficiencies, ensuring on-time delivery, and identifying suppliers that align with the business's overall requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding electrical commodities and sourcing timely quotes from suppliers - Developing existing suppliers and identifying new ones - Proactively identifying potential issues and risks, offering innovative solutions, and taking decisive action to address challenges - Designing and executing supplier strategies - Leading negotiations with suppliers - Collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve conflicts - Assessing suppliers" capabilities in alignment with business needs - Ensuring all necessary information is available for a seamless procurement process - Flexibility to work during European timings and adapt availability as required Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - University degree in Engineering - Extensive experience in sourcing, particularly in the electrical domain - Strong technical knowledge of commodities, drawings, and specifications - Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, and writing) - Familiarity with global suppliers in the region Preferred Qualifications: - Postgraduate degree with certifications in Supply Chain & Procurement (e.g., CPM/CPIM) - Proficiency in any SAP module, preferably PMX If you are a proactive and driven professional with a passion for sourcing and procurement, we invite you to join our dynamic team at Genpact and contribute to our mission of driving business excellence through strategic sourcing practices.,
