The role at hand is designed to bolster process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of Production Specialists, handling technical escalations effectively, and nurturing technical capabilities within the Production Specialists. In this role, you will be expected to: - Monitor and enhance process performance by assessing daily transactions against predefined performance metrics. - Analyze team performance dashboards and scores to facilitate continuous improvement. - Provide technical support and process guidance to enhance performance metrics. - Document all queries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions meticulously. - Ensure adherence to standard processes for resolving client queries within defined SLAs. - Develop a profound understanding of processes/products to enable effective client interaction and troubleshooting. - Identify trends in call logs to anticipate and prevent potential issues. - Escalate critical client concerns promptly to the Team Leader in case of delayed resolutions. - Ensure all necessary product information and disclosures are communicated to clients promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Managing technical escalations through efficient diagnosis and troubleshooting. - Resolving technical roadblocks and escalations within SLA and quality parameters. - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate channels in a timely manner. - Providing product support and solutions to clients through systematic diagnosis. - Offering alternative solutions to retain customer loyalty and satisfaction. - Facilitating effective communication and idea organization to cater to diverse listeners and situations. - Following up with customers to record feedback and ensure compliance with SLAs. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in: - Mentoring and guiding Production Specialists to enhance technical knowledge. - Organizing and conducting trainings to bridge skill gaps and improve operational efficiency. - Staying updated with product features and changes through regular product trainings. - Participating in self-learning opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
