Job Description

Role Overview

  • As Lead Brand Manager Commercial Real Estate, you will spearhead the strategic development, positioning, and execution of the commercial real estate brand across touchpoints. This leadership role requires deep expertise in B2B marketing, the ability to shape commercial capabilities and narratives, and drive marketing efforts that directly enable sales and business growth. You will be the brand custodian for the commercial business, ensuring consistency, clarity, and relevance in a competitive, evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Management : -

  • Define and own the brand strategy for the commercial real estate portfolio across asset classes (offices, business parks, retail, co-working).
  • Establish a compelling brand positioning and narrative that resonates with institutional clients, corporates, investors, and partners.
  • Lead the development of brand architecture, naming systems, visual identity, and tone of voice across commercial verticals.

B2B Marketing & Commercial Capabilities : -

  • Build and refine go-to-market strategies for new commercial projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer insights.
  • Drive integrated campaigns targeting decision-makers, brokers, CXOs, and industry influencers.
  • Define and evolve the commercial marketing toolkit, including pitch decks, brochures, AVs, site branding, microsites, and digital assets.

Sales Enablement : -

  • Partner closely with the sales, leasing, and business development teams to deliver high-impact collaterals and tools that accelerate deal conversions.
  • Craft compelling narratives for proposals, RFPs, presentations, and investor pitches.

Media Planning & Campaigns : -

  • Oversee B2B and trade-focused media strategies across digital, print, outdoor, and industry platforms.
  • Drive performance and brand awareness through data-led planning and evaluation
  • frameworks.

Events, Exhibitions & Experiences : -

  • Conceptualize and execute thought leadership events, industry expos, investor meets, and site-based brand experiences.
  • Ensure on-ground activation aligns with brand standards and business outcomes.

Market Research & Insights : -

  • Commission and interpret market studies, competitive landscaping, and brand perception audits to inform strategy.
  • Translate insights into actionable ideas for positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.

Key Skills & Competencies : -

  • 12--14 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B and commercial real estate/asset-based marketing.
  • Proven success in brand management, strategic planning, and campaign execution.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape, leasing models, and client expectations.
  • Excellent skills in content development, visual storytelling, and sales communications.
  • Strong experience in media planning, vendor management, and agency leadership.
  • Ability to lead large-scale events and end-to-end experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research, benchmarking, and insight-driven planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and project coordination abilities.
