Job Type: Part-time [5 Hrs]

Job time : 10 am to 3 pm / 04 pm to 09 pm

Gender: Female

• We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Doctor to join our healthcare team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient consultations, managing treatment processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation of patients, pre and post treatment patient handling, treatment performing, Reports maintenance, team members queries handling, overall clinic management.
• Conduct patient consultations and assist in diagnosing and planning treatments.
• Handle patients before, during, and after treatment sessions to ensure comfort and proper care.
• Perform prescribed treatments as per protocol.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment reports.
• Address queries and concerns of team members and patients in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with clinic procedures, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Support overall clinic operations and assist in administrative tasks when required.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical and support staff for seamless patient care.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in BHMS (Homeopathy) or BPT (Physiotherapy) from a recognized institution.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage clinic operations efficiently.
• Empathetic and patient-centric approach to care.

Expected hours : 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend working

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
