- Design user interfaces and flows for dashboards, Data & AI Solutions.
- Support technical teams with clean and interactive visualizations.
- Work with clients when needed to present or gather feedback on design proposals & iterate on solutions to ensure high-impact outcomes.
- Advocate for the persona/people/end user while aligning with product goalsu2014question assumptions, validate ideas, and ensure every design decision serves a purpose.
Marketing & Sales
- Create compelling pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, and brochures.
- Design creatives for websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Contribute to visual storytelling for sales demos and use case explainers.
Internal Operations & Culture
- Design internal tools like performance dashboards, intranet pages, and process guides.
- Support HR and Ops with engaging visual communication: posters, newsletters, certificates, event graphics and office beautification.
- Drive the visual identity of townhalls, celebrations, and org-wide initiatives.
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:
- Figma u2013 for UI/UX, prototyping, wireframes, design systems.
- Adobe Suite u2013 particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (for branding, visual assets, animations).
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, Wordpress or CMS, Webflow, or Lottie, Miro or any other relevant boards.
