Job Title: Junior Engineer Electrical (Site)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Junior Electrical Engineer for site execution in real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working on electrical installations at residential and commercial construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution as per project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in execution and supervision of all electrical works at the site (internal wiring, conduits, lighting, power points, panel boards, earthing, etc.).
• Coordinate with electrical contractors and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Support in material inspection, installation verification, and quality checks.
• Monitor daily site activities, progress, and ensure timelines are met.
• Work closely with civil and other services teams to avoid execution conflicts.
• Verify and maintain site records, checklists, and update daily progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Support the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems post-installation.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and suppliers for technical clarifications.
  

Required Skills & Tools:

• Good understanding of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and layouts
• Hands-on experience with residential & commercial electrical systems
• Knowledge of IS codes, safety protocols, and construction site standards
• Familiar with tools like AutoCAD (basic level) for drawing interpretation
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of on-site experience in residential or commercial real estate projects
