Job Description

Job Title: IT Project Coordinator / Project Manager
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of mobile and web development projects across cross-functional teams.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Liaise with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor resource allocation, budgets, and risk factors, escalating issues as necessary.
Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure clear documentation.
Maintain detailed project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience managing software projects, preferably in mobile and web environments.
Strong understanding of development workflows, SDLC, and Agile practices.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical background or familiarity with mobile frameworks, web stacks, APIs, and cloud hosting is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Certification in PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master.
Exposure to hybrid or cross-platform development (Flutter, React Native).
Experience working with offshore or distributed teams.
