Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Lead to oversee delivery operations in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep domain knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance domain projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
- Provide strategic oversight and governance of production support activities, guiding teams to maintain system health and compliance.
- Engage with multiple customers to understand business needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and guide teams in backlog management, sprint planning, and execution using tools like JIRA.
- Facilitate arbitration and prioritization across competing business needs and projects.
- Implement and oversee project management processes including planning, estimation, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate daily team activities and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of applications and projects for audit and knowledge management.
- Support stakeholder engagement through regular reporting on project status, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in delivery leadership roles within the Insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and processes.
- Experience managing production support teams and governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
