Role & responsibilities
- Visit doctors, hospitals, and pharmacists to promote assigned products with scientifically accurate and persuasive communication.
- Explain product indications, dosage, mechanism of action, benefits, and potential side effects to healthcare professionals.
- Influence doctors to prescribe company products through effective detailing, relationship-building, and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the company for the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute daily field visits within the designated area; maintain call cycles and visit frequency.
- Gather information about competitor products, promotional strategies, and market trends to inform company strategy.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, chemists, and stockists.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate (B.A/B.Com/B.SC/B.Pharma)
