Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Ticketing Executive located in Thrissur.

The Senior Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing ticket sales, making reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients. The executive will also be responsible for coordinating with sales teams and travel vendors to ensure all transactions are accurate and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales acumen and ability to meet targets
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with booking systems and travel software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
