Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Divide your work between 50% in-office activities (calling leads, CRM updates, follow-ups) and 50% field visits (meeting customers face-to-face).
- Visit clients across Bangalore to explain insurance plans and convert leads into successful sales.
- Work only on company-provided leads no cold calling or lead hunting required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
- Accurately record client interactions, sales updates, and meeting outcomes.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and competitors.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow compliance procedures and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Sales experience (especially in Insurance or Financial Products) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
