Inside Sales Executive @ IndustryBuying

Job Description

Industrybuying.com is looking for dynamic and driven Telesales Executives to join our fast-growing B2B e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. This role requires handling online and telephonic sales channels to convert leads, retain customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales.
• Identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and promote customer retention.
• Manage repeat customer engagement and up-sell/cross-sell as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Prepare and execute daily call plans and meet assigned targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background preferred).
• Experience: 02 years in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales (Freshers welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication skills (English fluency preferred).
• Knowledge of e-commerce and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
