Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire and refresher training (sales, product, soft skills).
• Create training material and coordinate training logistics.
• Track trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain training records and reports.
• Travel 15-20 days/month in and around Bangalore.

Requirements:

• Experience in training, coaching, and employee development.
• Strong communication, presentation & analytical skills.
• Fluency in English & Hindi.
• Background in insurance/financial services preferred.
