Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Workflow and strong experience working on the S/4HANA platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance solutions in SAP ABAP and Workflow to support business processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom applications using SAP ABAP on S/4HANA.
  
• Design and implement SAP Workflow solutions (standard and custom).
  
• Work with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
  
• Create technical specifications, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
  
• Develop and expose services (OData, RFC, BAPI) for Fiori/UI5 applications.
  
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing ABAP code and workflows for performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environments.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP (Reports, Enhancements, Exits, BADI, BAPI, IDoc, ALV)
  
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Workflow (custom workflow creation, event handling, task configuration)
  
• In-depth experience with S/4HANA ABAP (CDS Views, AMDP, OData, Embedded Analytics)
  
• Forms: Adobe Forms / Smart Forms / SAP Scripts
  
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
  
• Integration knowledge (ALE, IDoc, RFC, BAPI)
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  

Work Mode:

• Hybrid: 12 days per month from the office (PAN India flexibility)
  

Interview Availability:

• Preferably between 3 PM to 6 PM on weekdays
  

Additional Information:

• Strong preference for candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period
  
• This is a senior-level role, and the candidate is expected to work independently and take initiative
