This permanent role blends hands-on UX design with strategic exposure, including a six-month secondment to another business unit to broaden your cross-functional understanding and impact, Drive Digital Transformation Through User-Centred Design
Join our innovative and collaborative UX Design team?a team committed to simplifying and standardizing workflows across business units
Were focused on designing intuitive, efficient digital products that enhance user experience and promote organizational digital maturity, In this role, youll shape experiences that transform complex workflows into seamless journeys
Youll collaborate with business and product stakeholders, leveraging research, prototyping, and iterative design to deliver value that aligns with organizational key outcomes, What Youll Do
Conduct user and business research to uncover pain points and prioritize high-value opportunities
Design and iterate on digital product flows and features, delivering proposals that align with organizational OKRs
Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to drive alignment and co-create solutions
Explore the use of AI in design workflows to accelerate digital transformation initiatives
Leverage Ericssons design systems and modern UX patterns to ensure scalable, consistent user experiences
Apply systems thinking to connect user needs with automated workflows across organizational units
Build awareness of Ericssons ways of working, contributing fresh perspectives and ideas drawn from prior experience and design best practices
What Youll Bring
24 years of experience in UX design, digital product design, or service design
Strong user research and problem-solving skills with a focus on simplification and usability
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams
Proficiency in prototyping and iterative design processes using tools like Figma
Empathy for users and the ability to advocate for human-centred solutions
A systems-thinking mindset to ensure consistency across complex digital ecosystems
Curiosity and adaptability?comfortable learning new domains and design challenges
A Unique Development Opportunity
As part of Ericssons Go Beyond program, this permanent role includes a 6-month secondment to another Global Functions team
This experience allows you to engage with functions such as operations, finance, or HR?expanding your network, understanding broader business needs, and enriching your design perspective
Youll return to the UX team with expanded insights and a stronger voice in shaping strategic initiatives, This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one?crafting experiences that simplify the complex and elevate digital maturity at Ericsson, Work model: Min 60% working from office
