Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms and the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement UX strategies.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure design effectiveness.
