!!Desired Candidate Profile!
Minimum 2-3 years experience as a team lead operation in an inbound customer service process at any reputed Domestic or International call Centre.
Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat.
Should have knowledge of Lean six sigma green belt certification content.
Minimum 1.5 years experience as Team Lead (On papers)
Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
Joining Date : Immediate joiner> 30 Days.
Must be a graduate
