Job Description
- As a skilled Web Developer with expertise in creating custom themes for CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal, you will focus on developing custom, installable themes using HTML, CSS, and PHP. Your main responsibility will be to ensure compatibility and scalability of the themes you create while adhering to exceptional coding standards. You will design and deliver modern, responsive WordPress themes that meet client requirements and industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include developing custom themes and templates for WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal, building and integrating custom plugins, APIs, and back-end services, optimizing websites for performance and mobile responsiveness, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Your role will also involve writing clean, efficient code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, customizing WooCommerce functionality, monitoring website performance, and applying security patches. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in custom theme development for WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, and expertise in WordPress theme development. You should also be familiar with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, WordPress plugin architecture, web security, SEO, performance optimization, and REST APIs. Experience with Git for version control is essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, advanced experience with Joomla and Drupal, knowledge of UI/UX design tools, experience with back-end frameworks like Node.js or Laravel, and exposure to Agile methodologies and test-driven development. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as excellent communication, collaboration, organizational abilities, problem-solving approach, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 40,000.00 to 50,000.00. The work schedule is day shift from Monday to Saturday. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HTML and Custom Theme Development is required. Work location is in person at MintHomes Private Limited.,
