Electronics Freshers (PCBA Testing) @ Pharma Company near

Job Description

The role requires an experienced individual (0 to 1 years of experience) in the field of PCB Assembly Testing. The primary responsibilities include visually inspecting the quality, errors, and losses on PCBs, testing the functionality of all components, and conducting various tests using different tools. It is essential to achieve monthly targets within the specified work hours. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/BE/BTech/BSc in Electronics or a relevant field. Freshers with a strong knowledge of electronic components, testing tools, and methods are encouraged to apply. A willingness to commit to long-term employment is necessary for this role. The selected candidate will enjoy a 5-day work week with fixed shifts from 9 am to 6 pm. Additional benefits include free cab service (near Electronic City), complimentary breakfast, and performance-based annual increments. The work location is based in Electronic City, Bangalore, and no online interviews will be conducted. As part of the team, the employee will receive commuter assistance, provided meals, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund benefits. The schedule consists of a day shift from Monday to Friday, with a yearly bonus offered.
