We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced  professional to join our Sales team at Manipal Hospitals!

Role              : Unit Sales Head

Location       : Kolkata, India

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related  field; an MBA is preferred.

Experience : 10 plus years of  Experience

                   :  Experience in hospital industry will be an added advantage

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  •  Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare organizations, and community partners.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to reflect sales performance and market insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to enhance service offerings and promote hospital services effectively.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about the hospital.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

About the Role:
The Sales Head at Manipal Hospitals will lead the sales strategy and execution for the organization's healthcare services. This role encompasses developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth. The Sales Head will oversee the sales team and ensure alignment with the companys business objectives. About the Team:
You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare solutions. The sales team works closely with marketing, operations, and clinical departments to create a seamless experience for patients and partners. Collaboration and communication within the team are key to achieving the collective goals of Manipal Hospitals. You are Responsible for:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with the organization's vision and goals.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to expand the hospital's reach.
- Analyzing sales data and metrics to refine strategies and improve overall performance. To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership position, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare services and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, drive results, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
