Role & responsibilities :
Perform detailed verification of US applicants personal, educational, and employment information by making outbound calls.
Establish and maintain effective communication with applicants, former employers, educational institutions, and other relevant parties to gather and confirm data.
Accurately record all verification activities and update internal systems with verified information in a timely and precise manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
Identify and report discrepancies in verification data.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the verification process.
